Technical Product Manager

Your mission
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Technical Product Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating products throughout their entire lifecycle – from initial briefing to end-of-life. This position is ideal for someone with a strong sense of ownership and a talent for cross-functional coordination. Experience in the manufacturing industry is a key requirement, as this role involves close collaboration with product design, production, supply chain, data management and quality assurance teams to ensure product success from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and drive the product lifecycle from concept through launch to end-of-life
  • Translate product briefs into clear requirements and actionable plans
  • Act as the central point of contact for cross-functional teams including R&D, engineering, operations, marketing, and customer service
  • Ensure alignment between stakeholders across the organization during all phases of product development
  • Organize and facilitate product development meetings, manage timelines, and track deliverables
  • Coordinate product documentation, sampling, packaging, and launch materials
  • Manage change requests, product updates, and versioning throughout the lifecycle
  • Monitor product performance and customer feedback in collaboration with relevant departments
  • Support internal teams with product-related information and training
Your profile
  • 3+ years of experience in product management in a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Strong technical background in ERP processing (MS Dynamics) 
  • Strong understanding of the product development process and manufacturing operations
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to navigate cross-functional environments and build consensus
  • Detail-oriented with a hands-on, solution-oriented mindset
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
