We are looking for a Warehouse & Production Allrounder to support daily operations at our production site in San Diego. In this role, you will be responsible for incoming and outgoing goods, warehouse management, and inventory tasks, while also supporting the production team with simple assembly tasks such as assembling lamp shades and other components. You will work closely with the Team Leader and the production team to ensure smooth workflow, accurate order fulfillment, and timely delivery of products. This is a hands-on role where you actively contribute to both warehouse and production operations.
- Manage incoming goods, including receiving, inspection, and storage
- Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Maintain and organize the warehouse, including inventory tracking and regular stock checks
- Support the production team with simple assembly tasks (e.g., assembling lamp shades)
- Ensure all warehouse and production processes follow quality and safety standards
- Assist with inventory counts and stock management
- Support continuous improvement of warehouse and production workflows
- Work closely with the Team Leader to help meet daily and weekly production goals
