We are looking for a hands-on Team Leader Production & Warehouse to oversee daily operations at our production site in San Diego. In this role, you will lead a small team consisting of CNC operators and warehouse & production allrounders, ensuring that daily and weekly production orders are executed efficiently, safely, and according to plan. This is a hands-on role: you will work closely with the production and warehouse teams, actively supporting them in day-to-day operations. You will act as the main point of contact for the local team and work closely with the COO to ensure smooth operations, high product quality, and on-time deliveries.
- Lead and support a small production team (2 CNC Operators and 2–4 Warehouse & Production Allrounders)
- Ensure that daily and weekly production orders are clearly communicated and executed according to planning
- Be close to the team, supporting them in production and warehouse tasks
- Oversee the full process from production and assembly to packaging and shipping
- Monitor workflow and ensure efficient resource allocation within the team
- Ensure products are manufactured according to quality standards and specifications
- Maintain and enforce workplace safety standards and best practices
- Act as the first point of contact for the local team for operational and site-related matters
- Coordinate closely with the COO regarding production planning, priorities, and operational improvements
- Support continuous improvement of production processes and operational efficiency
