Your mission

We are looking for a hands-on Team Leader Production & Warehouse to oversee daily operations at our production site in San Diego. In this role, you will lead a small team consisting of CNC operators and warehouse & production allrounders, ensuring that daily and weekly production orders are executed efficiently, safely, and according to plan. This is a hands-on role: you will work closely with the production and warehouse teams, actively supporting them in day-to-day operations. You will act as the main point of contact for the local team and work closely with the COO to ensure smooth operations, high product quality, and on-time deliveries.

 

  • Lead and support a small production team (2 CNC Operators and 2–4 Warehouse & Production Allrounders)
  • Ensure that daily and weekly production orders are clearly communicated and executed according to planning
  • Be close to the team, supporting them in production and warehouse tasks
  • Oversee the full process from production and assembly to packaging and shipping
  • Monitor workflow and ensure efficient resource allocation within the team
  • Ensure products are manufactured according to quality standards and specifications
  • Maintain and enforce workplace safety standards and best practices
  • Act as the first point of contact for the local team for operational and site-related matters
  • Coordinate closely with the COO regarding production planning, priorities, and operational improvements
  • Support continuous improvement of production processes and operational efficiency

Your profile

  • Proven experience in production supervision, team leadership, or manufacturing operations
  • Background in CNC manufacturing, production, or warehouse operations is a strong plus
  • Strong hands-on mentality with a willingness to work alongside the team
  • Ability to organize workflows and coordinate small teams effectively
  • Hands-on mindset with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with management and cross-functional teams
  • Structured and solution-oriented working style
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
