Your mission
As a Technical Sales Consultant, you’ll be the central coordination hub for a wide range of clients—from architects and installers to dealers—providing expert technical advice and ensuring smooth project delivery. You’ll leverage your engineering background and experience to handle inquiries, coordinate with internal teams, and support projects from initial contact through delivery. Strong English verbal and written skills are essential, as many of our clients are US-based.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the central coordinator for client inquiries and ongoing projects.
• Provide tailored technical consultations and solution-oriented advice.
• Coordinate closely with internal teams (quotation, drafting, acoustics, lighting) to ensure seamless execution.
• Proactively follow up on quotations and project status via phone, email, and online meetings.
• Communicate confidently with international clients, especially US-based architects, dealers, and installers.
