BI Specialist

Your mission

Key Responsibilities

• Create BI and controlling solutions mostly with Power BI, Excel, and Salesforce.
• Power Bi: Design and maintain interactive clear dashboards and reports that monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), provide accurate insights to key stakeholders, and support decision making.
• Connects to data sources to PBI: Mostly from Microsoft Dynamics Business Central using Dataflows, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• Perform data cleaning, transformation, and modelling to ensure data quality and readiness for reporting (Excel – including the use of macros).
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency throughout all visualizations.
• Collaborate with data stewards and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and objectives.
• Support monthly uploading and extract of the data from Microsoft Dynamics Business Central.
• Support with ad hoc requests.

Your profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or related field
• Strong proficiency in Power Bi (incl. DAX and Power Query) .
• Proven experience in data visualization and dashboard development - minimum of two years in a similar role.
• Excellent analytical and problem -solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to translate complex data concepts into easy -to-understand visualizations and narratives.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• A proactive and self -motivated approach to learning new technologies and methodologies in the field of data visualization.
• Nice to Have - Power Automate or Dataverse skills
