As a Marketing Content Creator (Sales Enablement), you will act as a key link between Marketing, Sales, Product Management, and external partners. You translate our products, values, and innovations into compelling content that empowers our sales teams and ensures knowledge is accessible, up to date, and impactful across the organization.

Content & Storytelling
- Create targeted B2B sales enablement content, including:
- Presentations, pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, and product stories
- Sales arguments, use cases, and value-based messaging
- Translate complex topics such as acoustics, materials, sustainability, and design into clear, persuasive narratives
- Collaborate closely with Product Management on content for new products and launches
Sales Enablement
- Build, structure, and maintain a centralized sales content library
- Support international sales teams with relevant, high-impact materials for architects, planners, and decision-makers
- Develop and refine value propositions and key messages by market and target group
Learning & Knowledge Management Support
- Support the ongoing availability and quality of sales and product knowledge content
- In the absence of the Learning & Knowledge Manager, ensure daily administration and maintenance of the company’s Learning Management System (LMS)
- Update and maintain learning content, including sales trainings, product modules, and onboarding materials
- Ensure content consistency, version control, and alignment across sales, marketing, and learning platforms
Brand & Sustainability Communication
- Ensure a consistent brand tone of voice aligned with Impact Acoustic
- Contribute to storytelling around sustainability, circular design, and material innovation
- Support campaigns, trade fairs, and product launches with relevant content
