Production Allrounder

Your mission
We are looking for a hands-on, reliable team player with at least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment and a valid forklift license. In this role, you'll support multiple departments - production, logistics, CNC, and assembly - ensuring smooth operations throughout the workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

Packaging Production
  • Operate machines and help produce high-quality packaging components
  • Ensure smooth running of production lines and support in changeovers and adjustments
  • Carry out visual and functional quality checks

Warehouse & Logistics
  • Receive, sort, and store incoming goods
  • Pick and prepare materials for production and customer orders
  • Use pallet jacks or forklifts for internal transport

CNC Area (Support Function)
  • Assist in setting up and supplying CNC machines
  • Prepare materials and perform simple adjustments or post-processing
  • Monitor basic production steps and report issues early

Assembly Tasks
  • Assemble parts or product components based on drawings or instructions
  • Check function and fit during and after assembly
  • Keep your workspace organized and efficient
Your profile
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Valid forklift license (mandatory) and safe handling of loads
  • Technically inclined, with basic machine and tool knowledge
  • Strong attention to detail and understanding of process flows
  • Physically fit, reliable, and proactive
  • Willing to work in shifts if required
