Your mission

Key Responsibilities

Cross-Functional Collaboration

To work closely with Project Managers and clients to understand data requirements and ensure seamless data flow.
To verify that all requirements and necessary details from the Project Managers and clients are sufficient to make Quotations (QU) or Order Confirmations (OC)
To communicate client’s requirements and needs to different internal departments, especially lead times and specific delivery instructions.

Data Encoding

To perform high-volume of data entry of quotations and order confirmations using Microsoft Dynamics and Salesforce with high precision and efficiency based on client’s requirements.
To navigate and utilize various reports within Microsoft Dynamics and Salesforce for data entry, especially lead times and availability of products.

Feedback and Process Improvement

To provide constructive feedback on date entry processes and system functionalities to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains.

Your profile

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
Strong attention to detail and a high standard of accuracy in terms of deliverables and time management.
Proven ability to read Structural and Architectural plans to translate into BOQs and proven problem-solving skills.
Excellent professional technical writing and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with Dynamics and Salesforce is an advantage.
Adaptability to new systems and processes.
Highly organized, self-driven, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
