As Specification Manager, you will be responsible for actively developing the Spanish and Portuguese markets by building strong relationships with architects, interior designers, general contractors, and potential installation partners. You are a hands-on, proactive sales personality with a passion for design and project-driven environments. Your mission is to get our solutions specified in early project stages, build a solid pipeline of opportunities in collaboration with our extended partner network, and increase awareness of our brand.

- Identify and approach architecture and design firms, end clients and developers to position Impact Acoustic solutions early in the project lifecycle
- Deliver compelling presentations, product briefings, and design consultations to generate awareness and project specifications
- Act as a brand ambassador within the A&D community and represent the company at industry events, fairs, and client meetings
- Establish and grow relationships with local installation partners and general contractors to ensure smooth project execution
- Work closely with distribution partners to develop the region in line with our strategy
- Share market insights, identify partnership opportunities, and support onboarding of new partners
- Provide tailored consulting for project-specific requirements, including bespoke and customized acoustic solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, project management, production) to align on deliverables and ensure technical feasibility
- Track all client and project data in Salesforce to maintain a clear project pipeline
- Ensure high-quality input for forecasts, reporting and activity tracking
