Key Responsibilities
Engineer training for Acoustic Consultant
Acoustic Assessments & Simulations
- Create accurate 3D models of rooms or spaces for acoustic simulations and visual presentations.
- Perform acoustic simulations to predict sound behavior using Treble software.
- Conduct acoustic assessments for building projects, commercial fit-outs, and architectural spaces.
- Provide acoustic treatment recommendations that align with the client's design intents.
Acoustic Reporting
- Prepare acoustic reports based on assessments and simulation results.
- Ensure reports comply with industry standards and are clearly presented for clients and project stakeholders.
Data Sheet Management
- Assist in maintaining and updating product acoustic performance data sheets.
- Ensure data accuracy and reflect the latest test results and simulations.
Product Testing & Development
- Support testing of new materials and products to measure key acoustic metrics such as sound absorption and transmission loss.
- Run calculations and study to validate and help optimize product performance.
Departmental & Cross-functional Support
- Assist with documentation, research, and internal projects across the acoustics department.
- Collaborate with internal teams including design, sales, and product development.
