Junior Project Manager

Your mission
As a Junior Project Manager, you are the first point of contact for our international clientele from the planning and architecture industry. You are the interface between external and internal contacts and are responsible for and develop technically sophisticated solutions in the field of room acoustics. At the same time, you act in an advisory capacity by presenting our acoustic solutions to our customers and presenting them technically.

Your future tasks
  • Assist in guiding customers through their journey from initial contact to after-sales care, focusing on learning and developing customer service skills.
  • Support Senior Sales Project Manager in managing customer inquiries promptly and professionally and act as deputy in his absence.
  • Tirelessly create an exceptional customer journey for all external stakeholders by handling all enquiries promptly and in a highly professional manner.
  • Handle initial customer inquiries, escalate complex issues to senior team members, and ensure prompt and professional communication.
  • Provide basic technical design support by liaising with internal designers and external partners, ensuring all details are accurately communicated.
  • Assist in gathering information and preparing proposals for optimisation and upselling opportunities.
  • Regularly update and maintain Salesforce, entering new leads, opportunities, and following up on open quotes as directed by Senior Sales Project Manager.
  • Support the Senior Sales Project Manager in establishing and maintaining relationships with customers and key accounts, attending meetings when necessary.
  • Monitor ongoing competitions using Salesforce and report findings to the Senior Sales Project Manager for further action.
  • Assist in following up on ongoing bids and gathering feedback on lost projects to inform continuous improvement.
  • Complete additional tasks as required, focusing on supporting the Senior Sales Project Manager and contributing to the overall project success.
Your profile
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Technical background, ideally from the interior construction sector
  • Several years of relevant professional experience in a technical-consulting function
  • Strong sense of detail and implementation planning
  • Entrepreneurial, independent and customer-oriented action
  • High quality awareness and a solution- and team-oriented way of working
  • Proficient communication skills in English
  • Good MS Office and CAD user skills are an advantage
  • If you’re an organisational talent with several years of project management experience in D&B in an international company (i.e. M Moser, JLL, CBRE, db&b) this is a bit plus.
