Permanent employee, Full-time · Philippines (Laguna)

Your mission
The 3D Room Modeller plays a key role in the creation of detailed and accurate 3D models for acoustic modeling and analysis. This role involves developing room representations, integrating acoustic treatments into both 3D models and visual renderings, and ensuring compatibility with acoustic simulation tools. Additionally, the modeller will be responsible for uploading models to Treble for further assessment and collaboration with project teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. 3D Modeling for Acoustic Simulations
  • Develop precise and detailed 3D models of rooms and architectural spaces based on provided dimensions, drawings, or images.
  • Ensure models are optimized for acoustic analysis and compatible with acoustic modeling software.
2. Demarcation Plans & Renderings
  • Create demarcation plans that accurately indicate the placement of acoustic treatments within the space.
  • Produce high-quality renderings that showcase acoustic treatment applications for client presentations and project approvals.
  • Provide design insights to ensure that room aesthetics align with acoustic performance goals.
3. Integration with Treble
  • Prepare and upload 3D models to Treble, ensuring proper file formats and compliance with platform requirements.
  • Verify the quality of uploaded models and address any compatibility or performance issues.
4. Collaboration & Documentation
  • Work closely with acoustic consultants, designers, and engineers to ensure models support both acoustic performance and aesthetic goals.
  • Maintain a well-organized documentation system for project files, model revisions, and acoustic treatment plans to facilitate smooth project execution.
5. Quality Control & Optimization
  • Ensure that all models adhere to project specifications, industry standards, and best practices in acoustic modeling.
  • Optimize 3D assets for efficiency while maintaining accuracy and visual clarity.

Your profile
Required Skills and Qualifications
