Your mission

As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of our digital cutting systems (Zünd) used to process eco-friendly PET acoustic panels.
You will be part of a team of three CNC Operators working within a rotating shift model. Team members alternate between day, afternoon, and night shifts according to a predefined schedule. You will ensure production orders are completed in compliance with quality, productivity, and safety requirements while supporting the continuity and efficiency of our manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

Operate and monitor digital cutting machines (Zünd) used in production.
Ensure production quality and compliance with manufacturing requirements.
Perform basic maintenance, cleaning, and machine care activities.
Support troubleshooting and report any technical issues.
Carry out production and material handling activities.
Comply with all safety, production, and warehouse regulations.

Work closely with colleagues to ensure effective shift rotation and operational continuity.

Your profile

Proven experience in operating CNC machinery.
Strong preference will be given to candidates with experience in digital cutting systems, cutting plotters, woodworking, packaging, or visual communication industries.
Residence in Italy and possession of a valid work permit.
Good technical understanding and ability to work independently and reliably.
Availability to work within a rotating shift model including day, afternoon, and night shifts.
Flexibility, reliability, and a team-oriented mindset.

Working Hours

The position is part of a team of three CNC Operators working in a planned rotating shift model.
Current shift schedule:

Morning Shift: 05:30 - 14:00
Afternoon Shift: 13:30 - 22:00
Night Shift: 21:30 - 06:00

Operators will periodically rotate between shifts, including night-shift coverage, according to a predefined schedule.
